In this episode of Curry Café, host Rick McNamer talks with Wild Rivers Film Festival leaders Bev Juday and Sue Wright to recap the event’s successful fourth year. The festival doubled its attendance, screening 30 films three times each alongside popular networking events in Brookings’ Pocket Park. The guests celebrate award winners and discuss community initiatives like youth filmmaking workshops, a new Founders Circle funding program, quarterly veteran-oriented screenings with the VFW, and Wright’s upcoming memoir and book tour.

We encourage anyone with differing views to participate in future Curry Café discussions. If you would like to join the panel, email contact@kciw.org or call 541-661-4098.
