• Throughout August:
  • Gold Beach Visitor Center Pet Food Drive: Visit the Gold Beach Visitor Center (94080 Shirley Ln.) any day between 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM to bring cat/kitten and dog/puppy dry or wet food, or other supplies like blankets, toys, and leashes. Donors receive a beautiful glass float, and all donations go to Wild Rivers Animal Rescue.

    • Southern Oregon Coast Pride Queers & Allies Brookings Get Together: Meets at the Chetco Library Forest Room from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM for ages 9-19.

  • Meals On Wheels Volunteers Needed: Delivering hot meals to homebound seniors. Contact Meals on Wheels via the Chetco Activity Center to volunteer.
