In this episode of the Doc & Jacques radio variety show with hosts Dr. GiGi Reed MD and Jacques Kepner, local musicians Molly Rae and Tommy Alderman of the band Hot Tamale share their musical journeys, creative processes, and aspirations. Molly, originally from Montana, and Tommy, a longtime resident of Klamath Glen, met at a gig and discovered a natural harmony in their voices. Both write music, with Molly drawing inspiration from everyday activities and Tommy revisiting older song ideas. They perform two original songs, including a spontaneous rendition of their unfinished track Warning Signs, inspired by relationship struggles and political issues, and Rode Hard and Put Away Wet, which Tommy describes as being “just a song about singing a song”.

Hosts: GiGi “Doc” Reed MD, Jacques Kepner; Producers: GiGi “Doc” Reed MD, Jacques Kepner
