They detailed plans for sculptures, murals, and utility box wraps to beautify the city, starting with a sculpture at the north end of the Chetco Bridge to welcome visitors. Funded by urban renewal, grants, and donations, the program emphasizes community involvement, durable designs, and rotating art displays to create a vibrant, lasting cultural identity.
