It’s summertime, and the living is sweet here on the coast! It’s a perfect time for festivals and parades, and just hanging out. An integral part of this fun is the classic cars that strut their stuff in the summer sun.
In this Our Community interview, Jim Haggerty from the Curry County Cruisers shares his passion and commitment to this club that’s much more that just a group of guys getting together to talk about cars. The Cruisers are also a very active in many sorts of community giving, ranging from donating hundreds of pounds of food each year to the Brookings-Harbor Food Bank, to providing senior living facility residents with their own free private car shows.
This in-depth interview will open your eyes to what this little-touted group accomplishes for the community they love, while having fun with those beautifully restored cars that we love to see.
